5. 초록: As the length scale of a phenomenon in fluid becomes smaller, a deterministic description fails to capture its essential dynamics. This is due to thermal fluctuations inherent in fluid, arising from random molecular motions. For many multiphysics phenomena in biological and nanomaterial systems, thermal fluctuations in hydrodynamics and chemistry are known to play crucial roles. In this talk, I present a stochastic simulation methodology for reaction-diffusion systems and reactive microfluids. The methodology incorporates a stochastic mesoscopic model of chemical reactions into the fluctuating hydrodynamics approach to yield a thermodynamically consistent formulation and computationally efficient numerical method.
